BUSINESS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTOR

SOTC is seeking a Business and Information Technology Instructor to deliver instruction to high school and adult students in the following Career Majors: Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, Video Production, Web Design and Database Administration.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Standard Oklahoma Teacher Certification and Teaching Experience at the Secondary Level required.

Master's Degree in Education, Career & Technical Education Certification or Endorsement and Business & Industry Experience is preferred.

Position will be a 210-Day Contract from July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009

CONTRACTOR SAFETY CLERICAL ASSISTANCE

SOTC is seeking part-time clerical help on Monday through Friday mornings to assist with the Contractor Safety Program. Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours. Keyboarding skills and ability to learn site specific software programs is necessary. Rate of pay is $9.00 per hour.

DROP-OUT RECOVERY INSTRUCTOR

SOTC is seeking a DROP-OUT RECOVERY INSTRUCTOR to provide individualized instruction to students age 16-19 including GED preparation and credit recovery; facilitate the acquisition of technical skill and career readiness certification; supervise on-the-job training; and establish partnerships with agencies to provide necessary social services to at-risk students.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Standard Oklahoma Teacher Certification and Teaching Experience at the Secondary Level required

Master's Degree in Education, Certification in Core Academic Subjects, School Counselor Certification and Experience in Social and Juvenile Services and/or Alternative School Education preferred.

Position will be a 210-Day Contract from July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009

EMS COORDINATOR

SOTC is seeking an EMS COORDINATOR for approximately 10-15 hours per month. Rate of pay is $30 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the EMS schedule of classes offered by SOTC on a part-time basis.

Requirements include: Must be licensed with instructor number issued through the Oklahoma Department of Health Emergency Management Service and 2-5 years paramedic experience in the field. Prior experience as a coordinator in a training center is a plus.
