In the different Health Care Certifications courses, students explore various health-related occupations and the basic skills necessary to most jobs in the medical profession. They also receive the opportunity to become certified in

• Long-Term Care Nursing Assistant
• Home Health Aide
• MAT
• CPR
• First Aid
• Adult Day Care Aide
• Residential Care Aide
• Medical assistant
• Dental assistant
• Veterinary assistant
• Pharmacy tech
• Phlebotomist
• Medical transcriptionist
• Medical office professional

Graduates can receive certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and/or a Registered Phlebotomist (RPBT). This program is accredited through the American Association of Medical Personnel(AAMP)

This course is approved for up to 30 hours of college credit from Murray State College.
