SOTC's Seminar Center is designed to accommodate various groups and events. Rooms are available for scheduling during daytime and evening hours by calling (580) 223-2070 ext. 280. The Seminar Center facilities are only available when the campus is open. Please check with the Seminar personnel for availability.
Our largest room is Seminar A, which is designed as an auditorium and can seat up to 163 people. This room is equipped with a Laptop, VCR/DVD player, Document Camera, Ceiling-mounted Digital Projector, Screen and Sound System.
Seminar B1 and B2 can each be utilized as a single room (40 people each) or as a single room holding 80 people when setup in classroom style. Each of these rooms is equipped with a Laptop, VCR/DVD player, Ceiling-mounted Digital Projector and Screen.
The Ken Chaffin Student Center (Cafeteria) is also available on a limited basis for Banquets, Luncheons and Meetings. Please check with the Seminar Center personnel for availability.
The Business and Industry Training computer lab (Room 202) can be used by special request. It is set-up with 12 computer stations and a ceiling-mounted digital projector. For requests, please call Becky Vladyka (580) 223-2070 ext. 208.
Other rooms/labs are occasionally available for booking. These are on a very limited basis and will only be used in the event one of the designated seminar rooms is not available.
Catering service on our campus is provided by Rhonda's Catering by calling (580) 223-2070 ext. 337 or (580) 490-6541. Rhonda Adams, Owner and Operator, can also provide refreshments and/or meals to our guests in the Seminar Center. NOTICE: No refreshments/meals are allowed to be brought into our facility by guests or outside caterers.
