How to Design a Web Page (Basic) HTML

Recommended: Basic Internet Knowledge

Become familiar with applications that are available for creating a Web Page. This 12-hour class will introduce HTML, cover the tools needed in creating a Web page, and discuss step-by-step “how to’s” to get you started.

How to Design a Web Page (Advanced) HTML

Recommended: Basic Internet Knowledge

This class covers expanded use of HTML and the capabilities available for use in the development of your own Web site. You will develop your own Web page during this class. You will also learn integrating text and graphics, adding transparency and animation effects, how to use image maps, creating basic forms, create and format tables, and design basic frames.

Computer Fundamentals

Recommended: Knowledge of the Keyboard

This course introduces core technology concepts. Instruction will aid in the understanding and use of the basic feature of personal computers. Hands-on activities introduce you to hardware and computer terminology, copying files, making folders, and directories. In addition, a brief introduction to Microsoft Office applications will be covered.

This course provides you with skills needed to create, edit, format, and print basic Mircosoft Excel worksheets. You will be able to sotr data electronically allowing you to quickly update existing data, run reports on data, calculate totals, and chart, sort, and filter your data.

Microsoft Excel Level 2

This course provides and intermediate-level overview of Microsoft's spreadsheet program. Gain the skill necessary to complete templates, sort and filter data, import and export data, and work with Excel on the Web.

Basic Internet/E-mail
